  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders for items in stock Will be dispatched on day of order, so you should receive within 1 to 2 working days. This does not apply to Domestic Appliances these can take upto 5 days for delivery.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    If an item has not yet been dispatched, it is possible to change or cancel an item or an order at no cost. To arrange this please contact us via email or Telephone 01482 659888. Please note: after 4pm on the day of dispatch it's unlikely that we will be able to cancel an order as the goods will already be out for delivery. If the item has been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) after you receive them.
  • My goods arrived damaged. What should I do?
    Bonus Electrical strives to ensure that all goods arrive complete and without damage. If any goods appear damaged on delivery, you should refuse the goods and sign the courier's manifest as "damaged on delivery, item refused". If the goods appear superficially damaged (i.e. the packaging looks damaged) please accept the goods and sign the courier's manifest as "damaged on delivery". If it's apparent that goods are damaged after the courier has gone please report the fault to us on Email with a full description of the problem. We will then contact you to arrange collection of the damaged goods and organise the dispatch of new goods or spare parts.
  • Can I return my order?
    In the event that you change your mind we can either exchange or refund the goods (less a charge for recollection) Providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days , unused and unopened in their original packaging.
In the event that the goods have been removed from their original packaging we cannot accept cancellation as all our goods are sold as brand new packaged stock.
  • My item has developed a fault. What should I do?

If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period, we can arrange a prompt repair with the manufacturers. Please first check the operating instructions as if the Manufactures calls and no fault is found, or user error, they will charge a call out fee.
  • How much is delivery?
    Add your items to the shopping basket and cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • How can I check whether something is in stock?
    Please Email and we will advise if we have item in stock, in the event we don’t have stock we will give you an estimate on delivery.
